Has anyone used Hydrogen Peroxide to get rid of algae/byropsis? I have had two separate people recommend this to me, but I haven't tried it myself.

Has anyone used Hydrogen Peroxide to get rid of algae/byropsis? I have had two separate people recommend this to me, but I haven't tried it myself.
