Triton Test results received today, all parameters were good with the exception of:

Copper 3.88 ug/l set point .10 ug/l
Iodine 8.80 ug/l set point 60.00 ug/l
Phosphorus 2.40 ug/l set point 6.00 ug/l
Phosphate .007 mg/l set point 0.018 mg/l
surprised with Cu results as I never dosed it.
Any suggestions/ recommendations on the above?

I would be most concearned about the copper .

Did you buy the tank of equipment used ? Maybe previous owner dosed copper . If not I would look for the source . Faulty equipment , broken wire etc.

I would start with water changes and possibly run Detox .

FWIW, my copper was higher than that (~ 13 ppb) in what I consider a perfectly fine reef tank. So I wouldn't worry about it. Not sure where it was coming from in my case, but my best guess is foods. :)

I also noticed that all my Fe- group results all reported zero, which I find strange as I run GFO and purposely direct reactor output into a filter sock to catch any fine particles and have noticed the clear tubing is discolored from the iron. Is it possible an error in testing this group?
Randy, I understand you are not a proponent of Iodine dosing, so you would not worry @ Iodine level of 8.80 ug/l?
Thanks in advance!

FWIW, Triton cannot measure iron down to the the NSW level, so you may have some from dissolving GFO/iron and just do not detect it.

No, I don't think that iodine dosing is useful for most folks, and if I had that result (waiting on mine to be processed), I wouldn't worry about it. :)
