Not a whole lot you can do about that unfortunately, maybe go back and adjust the colors in Post processing ? With even with a dslr it can be challenging to make them look like what you see and get the picture you want. Theres always a trade off. Im new to photography myself...

Hold a piece of orange cellophane over the lense. That should help with the blue.
You should be able to get it at a photography store, in photography its refered to as "a gel". (I think)

Sweet! I will have to try this myself. I don't have a great camera to adjust whiteness and all that, and of course the phone sucks.

Turn your whites up really high and then take the pictures. That will counter act the blues some. Then just turn them back down
