1. Can you use 2-part solution to correct low values? Or is it only intended to use as maintenance.
2. Pro/Con of using Seachem 2-part solution?

thanks in advance.

Without question you can use two part to correct low values. Actually this is the first step in determining your daily dose. First adjust levels to where you want them. Then, at about the same time next day, test to see how much you consumed after one day. If the amount is relatively small, wait another day or maybe a third day to calculate daily consumption. Once you've done that, you start dosing that amount.

Not familiar with the Seachem product, but they are all pretty much the same thing. I use Randy Holmes Farley's DIY two part recipe.

I’ve never used seachem but I do exactly what you said with b-ionic 2 part.

Dose to my desired level , and wait 5 days and test again
Divide what’s needed by 5 to get my daily consumption and what I need to dose per day .
I then will divide that volume by as many times as I want to dose per day making smaller doses spread out

1. Yes. I would only use it in a pinch. You would have to dose way more than if you just dosed straight ALK or CAl. Nit-picky here but You would also not keep the bottles at the same level.
2. Cons. Not a true 2 part. Does not help with ionic balance. No Mag. Pros. Available pretty much everywhere.

1. Yes.

2. Seachem Reef Fusion is not properly designed for 1:1 dosing, despite their claim it is. Because of that and other chemistry issues with Seachem products, I would not be convinced that they have properly designed it for ionic balance (which they do not even claim that I have seen). A DIY using Tropic Marin Balling Part C, or ESV B-ionic might be better choices.
