5-10 pounds of mature live rock from healthy tank (and/or rubble)

Starting up a 7g mostly-invert tank. Display tank dimensions are 15Lx10x10". Ideally looking for one or two 5-7"+ long pieces or one nice 10" long piece.
Also looking for some rubble. I can pick up within 90m of New Haven, CT.
