5th week of cycle cloudy tank

Please help I have a new 20 gallon nano live sand and cured live rock two turbo snails been dossing microbacter7. I never noticed any ammonia,nitrite or nitrate spikes I had a small diatom bloom and now this cloudy tank for over a week now. It almost looks like micro bubbles but with all the pumps off you can still see the micro bubbles or extremely small white particles. Please help what is going on here?

Yes I think I agree, I will have my skimmer running by Monday and I want to find a nano UV light.

Maybe just stop the mb7 and see if it goes away.
