Any updates to the tank? I'm interested in seeing progress now that a few years have passed.

Hey thanks for asking. I’m still up for the challenge...let’s say that!

I’m feeling good about recent progress but working hard to take it to the next level. Made some mistakes along the way. I’m not real good at taking photos but I’ll post some more recent ones.

All photos above were taken before selling my XR30 g3 pro and replacing with 2 xr15 g4 pros. Which I just added last weekend.

Looks amazing! Do you ever regret not going bigger? You put in a lot of effort to making it look nice and clean but would be tough if you ever wanted a larger tank. I would love to do this one day. Just wondering your thoughts.

Very good question. Yes and No. I don’t like how tall and skinny the tank is. It gets really hard to work around the growing corals and it is hard to place corals. But a like that it is small because it does help control the spending which can easily get out of hand. I think if I were to do it again, I’d look for something in the low 100 gals. And probably a lagoon style. All that said, I love the placement in my house!
