I have been playing with the big boy camera and macro lens that I bought and took some pretty good shots tonight. These were taken without a tripod and with pumps on.

Thank you!!! I'm still learning all of the settings on the new camera but I'm having fun doing it. I must have taken about 100 pics yesterday and these were the best.

Time for a long overdue update....the last 4 months have been challenging to say the least! I have had to deal with water temp issues, parameter instabilities and a very large gorilla crab that was munching on my corals. I am coming up on the 1 yr mark for the tank and it doesnt look anything like I would have hoped it would but I am confident all of my issues have been corrected and on the right path now. The gorilla crab in the display made it difficult for me to add more corals so I concentrated on filling up my frag tank and got around to taking some pictures of it the other day. Its been a while since I used the big boy camera with macro so I had remember the different settings.
