Saw this thing on my torch coral that I’ve had for a few months. I did some googling, it looks a bit like aipstasia but not 100%. Could someone help

Yup sure looks like it. You can also take the frag out, scrape it off, and put superglue over the spot it was sitting.

Or, ditch that plug altogether and attach the coral to another plug or a rock.
