Aiptasia eliminated once and for all

I have about 80 lbs of live rock just coated in aiptasia. If I put it in my brackish tank will it all just die after a week or so.

As the salinity was going down, it started looking worse and worse.

You can't really even see anything left of it now. About 2 weeks in.”

My concern would be all the die off throwing a nutrient spike and potentially causing a cycle.
