Nothing like waking up to warnings from my controller that my temperature plummeted to 71 degrees overnight (controller programmed to 77-78).

Pulled out the glass tube heater, had about 3 inches of water inside it. I'm surprised the water wasn't electrified. Thankfully I could swap it out temporarily with my RODI heater.

Still, was a little jarring after just waking up.

using 2 heaters for the win

Certainly would help a temp crash. I don't have to worry about cooking because my controller would turn it off.

My problem is I'm sumpless. :-( Some day I'll upgrade to a 90G RR.... But while I'm day dreaming about that, 100W hears are pretty small tho, and anything would be better than nothing during the winter!
