Anybody help with these jawbreakers

These mushrooms have been shrivelled for a few weeks now does anybody have any tips of had this problem before? Got about 20 more jawbreakers and none look like this

Mg 1450

Salinity 34.8 ppt

Levels appear good. I rarely ace specimens like this on bedding as sand can irritate them also yours appears to be coarse in size.
Add aminos occasionally and feed mysis shrimp.

What do you usually see mushrooms on?
On rock planted loosely while some are loosely tied down with rubber band until the foot *base) takes hold onto a given surface then clip rubberband with nail clippers.
