Anyone Keep a Flashing Tile Goby? Interested since one just came in stock at a shop

I just saw a shop got a Flashing Tile Goby in stock and was wondering if anyone has kept one. Can they really change colors like I've heard? They're beautiful regardless but interested in hearing if that's true. It wouldn't break the bank or anything but it is a little more expensive than most fish here. I'd just like to hear if anyone has experience with them.

They're only 3 inches...not too big to start in a small tank before trading in or getting a bigger tank...I saw these going for well over $200 or so online in America...wow
