Apex add image to dashboard

I have been trying to add an image to the apex dashboards all day. I have tried Dropbox, paid photobucket, one drive an instagram. https://www.dropbox.com/s/jxq8xkryy4spmv5/tank.png?dl=0

How the heck do you do this with Dropbox.. I can't add pictures at all . I copy the link from Dropbox then go into fusion and try to add pictures. Did motion / jpeg pasted the url but all I get in dashboard is the title no pictures

I was just going to say it needs to be hosted somewhere like imjur, photobucket, etc. Not just uploaded to a dropbox where it's not "hosted".

Did you make sure to delete the

[ I M G ] " before and after the link? Are you using the right link? I only ask as it took me a couple of tries to get it right.
