BeneReef feeding questions

What's the best way to Feed BeneReef? Spot Feed or turn off return and dump it in most of the coral I have are in the *You dont need to feed but it helps* Category but if it can make it grow better I'm on it! So help suggestions please lol

I've got a Bubble Tip Anemone, Duncans,Acans,Candy Canes,Star light cespitularia, Toadstool,Frog Spawn,Hammer
