I took him out and there is still aggression not as much but it is still there what should I do
Well not a lot of options, let them be and let them work it out. Return the damsel or exchange the clown for another and cross your fingers. I have a pair of clowns with a yellow tailed damsel with out a problem in a 32g. You might just have a rogue clown. I hope it works out for you, keep updating.

Thanks I will just let them figure out there problems because I have had the clown for nearly 3 years now I wouldn’t want to get rid of it

Ah, I see your attachment. One last suggestion, perhaps ad another fish or two to spread out the aggression so not just one fish bares the brunt of it.
