Unfortunately it's a known weakness of the eb832. Many of us have shied away and stuck with eb8's because of it.These are two years old this is crap
I have two dead 832s and was lucky to find an eb8. I actually have the pieces to fix the 832s but not gonna waste my timeUnfortunately it's a known weakness of the eb832. Many of us have shied away and stuck with eb8's because of it.
I've been hoarding them, lol. I'm at 3 eb8's and two eb4's. I'm looking for one more eb8, so a spare eb8 for each tank and one spare eb4 overall.I have two dead 832s and was lucky to find an eb8. I actually have the pieces to fix the 832s but not gonna waste my time
Talk to @_AV . He will do you better than Neptune will. It's out of warranty, so they only offer a discount for replacement.Well Neptune better step in here otherwise I’m just gonna go to GHL and never buy another one of Neptunes products

He is a member of the forum that fixes eb832's among other reefing electrical items. He not only repairs, but typically upgrades the point of failure @ the same time. Better prices than Neptune IME. Search his posts on here...Who is this @Av??

Just make sure you wash your spoon first and clean it with RODI. Been there done that wrong!!If you do go GHL, have fun with that mess. I'd rather stir my tank with a spoon than use their software again.
Glad to hear it worked out!@AV is making the repairs for me!! thanks @ AV
Eh, lol... I just buy the old stuff that works.I still will never buy any more Neptune product. The return pumps have problems as well
yes, but those companies make it right for the consumer..or at least upgrade the product for the known defects moving forwardThere isn't a single company in this industry that doesn't have issues with some items
