Brown hair algae help

I posted this before but didn't have a microscope. I have this brown hair growing all over my rocks. It doesnt look like dino slime to me but i'm new and haven't experienced much. Tank was setup in may with marco dry rock.

It doesn't come off the rocks that easy.

Phosphates .02

With bottomed out nutrients like you show currently you will have all kinds of bad algae problems especially dinos. GHA is common for new tanks also. You will have ugly phases over the course of the first year.

Had the same problem with my Saltwater tank. I had to beef up my Hermit crab, Emerald crabs, and Turbo snail population, as well as a Sailfin Tang to boot. I also put some rotifers in the tank. The brown algae was gone in a week.
