Help what do I do my nitrates are around 0 and my po4 is 0.05 I don’t know what to do

Those big clusters are easy to grab and remove. Get a Pitho crab, they are excellent bubble algae eaters.

Your numbers might be artificially low (and are most likely way, way higher than you think) because of all of the algae in your tank consuming nutrients.

Manually remove as much as you can. Then do a water change (and keep doing regular water changes) to help keep it managed over time.
