Hey

Im starting to get bubble algea pop up all over my tank ever since adding a zoa frag. I have been manually removing what i can by sucking it up with a smaller hose during water changes, however a lot of it I just cannot get. Its deep in rock cracks, or between corals.

Do crabs actually work at removing bubble algea?

I have zero other algea in the tank so im guessing its going to run rampant with nothing to compete with. Would rather not introduce any other algea if i can help it.

I do have a small tank so removing rock isnt the end or the world, id just rather not as the tank is doing great and love how the rocks are currently.

Any advice from those who have successfully beat bubble algea would be great. Thanks
