Can Acropora survive in a mixed reef tank running Gen 5 radion using ecotechs corallab LPS/soft setting...power at 60% ? @Ecotechmarine , be nice if you had a mixed reef settings option.

IMHO, will it survive? Probably. Grow and be healthy? a bit more iffy.

P it it at the top of the tank and check Par. Plenty of people run mixed reefs with Radions.

I think you will be just fine at 60% on those lights. We all tend to over light. I got great color and growth on acros on a mixed reef with primes and a xho strip and the prime is dialed a good bit back. Your light is way stronger and under lighting is way better and you could always add something like a xho strip later. Just keep acros up high like I do

G’day mate what xho strip did you get and how did you mount it? Do you get the light in your eyes when sitting now? Your tank is really taking of now! I had some massive setbacks from treating Dino’s and bryopsis.

Thanks for your kind words
The 24 inch XHO and I got the legs that came with the light fit nicely onto the Prime hard mount light mount. Two primes hold the light perfectly. I don’t get an awful amount of light spill, I have the primes pointed towards the back of the tank. Hope the pictures help
