Can anyone ID this thing? (New Tank)

Tank is about 4 weeks into cycling. What is this thing? Just noticed it on the bottom side of a rock when I was feeding the fish. I am using one small piece of live rock from the LFS so maybe it came off that? Rest of the rock is Carbisea dryrock.

Here is a video
The water current from top view is making it flutter. Does it move? (has the features of a nudibranck but quite large)

It's not moving on the rock, it in that place, there is more of it on the back side of the rock but its hard to get an image of it. That rock it's on was just added like 1 week ago. I will look tomorrow and see if it moves from that position.

Just take the rock out and remove it...
