I found these spiky worms in my aquarium. Can anyone tell me what this is. Btw way the tank is obviously discussing. Work ended up getting in the way for a couple months. And no I would like to get my tank started again starting with getting rid of these worms. If someone could identify these for me and let me know if it’s safe to put my hands in the water. I’ll appreciate it so much and continue on with my research on how to get rid of them.

looks like a bristleworm to me. Why do you want to get rid of it?
Before reviewing the video I did not know what they were and they looked very creepy and nasty. After reviewing the video. I have decided to leave them alone for now. When the tank is in better condition I’ll get a fish to keep the population under control. I don’t know how many are in the tank but I spotted 4 so far.
