Chalice?

I picked this guy up along with a dozen other frags and can’t figure out if it is a chalice and if it is happy…any help, sorry about the light

You might be right in the space invader. I might need to move.

Edit, it just has some much purple in it, not so sure
I'm going off memory of one I saw at my LFS that had a lot of purple in it like yours (may have recalled the name wrong). They're also sold as rainbow.

It's definitely a merulinid of some sort; not sure if it is a chalice or not. Mycedium and Echinopora are the chalices in this family; it's definitely not Echinopora but it might be a Mycedium. can you get a top-down shot of this coral?

Could be a rasta or space invader (pectinia).
Definitely not Pectinia; Pectinia grow irregular spiky fronds like this:

If we're talking about the coral right in the front then I would gander to say that's a favia of some sort.

I have some Favias, I originally thought that this what I bought but when I brought it home it doesn’t really look like it

Edit, it just has some much purple in it, not so sure
my wwc space invader was green with yellow eyes. Hollywood stunner chalice comes to mind for me

can also be pink floyd and purple monster- Need pic under white light intensity to clearly see true colors

Actually that might be a purple monster… looks very similar to this one
