I built a 650sqft wet room under my house. Thats why I was digging and doing the cement work. I will post some picts of the construction my company did. Me and my friend did all the carpentry and electrical. We pulled a 60 amp sub panel 120' away from my main into the entry way of my new wet room. this panel is dedicated to only the wet room which makes it much easier and is right there. I have an existing wet room 400sqft that we made years ago on the other side of the area were the new room is. These two room will join as one. This gives me a lot of room and organization. I will post some pictures today. Also this new sub panel has a change over switch and outdoor plug. I did this because when we lose power( we lose power twice a year up here in the north) and the main generator kicks on it will power the whole house and tank. But when were out the generator runs 24/7 mainly for the fish tank sucking down propane. Now I can kill the main generator when nobodies home and plug in my portable outside to keep the wet room sub panel powered up,this saves a lot of energy.
