My contraband digi got knocked off the rock by my urchin and fell into a more aggressive softie(yellow polyps). Parts of the digi are starting to bleach. Should I frag off the parts that dont seem to be harmed/is there any hope for it? or do I have to just let it run its course?

I usually let things run its course. If it progresses too fast though, you might be better off fragging a piece off.
