Finally got the light fixture hung tonight with the help of my roommate... Still need to mount the ecotech radion in the hood but that will have to wait.. The hood is fully adjustable, move it up and down with ease and it stays wherever you put it.

Thanks! I'm pretty happy with the way is turned out. Tho I think I mounted the hood a little too far back, but we'll see.

Side note: I pick up the tank on Saturday!!

Got a chance today to hang some black chain for the lights which I think looks better than just the string and also doubles as a fail safe if the strings break. I also used some 4x4 and pier blocks to reinforce my floor due to a recommendation from my civil engineer friend. Started mounting electrical AND dropped 30 gallons of RODI into the tank while I work on the plumbing.

Tanks lookin sick man. I'm seriously liking that stand and furniture made out of the pallets. Can't wait to see how everything comes out.
