I'm looking for a low powered wave maker for my 5g nano tank. Currently, my Jebao MLW-5 is nice, but even on the lowest setting, it's a little over powered.

Also, it would be great if the wire was modular and detachable so I could clean it easily. Does such a thing exist, for either?

An MP10 - the wire is outside the tank. A little pricey. Not sure how it would do in a 5 gallon though.

That's a great design, I wish others did this as well. But yeah, it's close to the minimum GPH as my current one (200~238gph minimum between the two).

I'd definitely take recommendations for significantly slower wave makers that aren't necessary detachable as easily, as well.
