DId I corner myself in to a dangerous sized sump for my tank?+

i wish there was a way to edit a post i recently posted.
After looking at Jarens photo, it looks like the skimmer is in fact sitting in the sump.

now, can anyone shoot me a link to where I can find out about what size skimmer I should get for my 130gallon? I don't want to start a new thread about something I am sure has been answered a million times.

Here's my sump design. It's everything that's needed and 2 pieces. Left to right it goes. Refugium, return, skimmer\filter sock, ato. Has 2 inlets for water so you can control flow through refugium.
