Dinos or cyano

Can someone please help me out and tell me if this is dinos or cyano tank is just over a year old have two clownfish and a mandarin dragonet 6 mushrooms and a torch coral as of 2/12/24 nitrates we're at 0.9 and phosphate at 0.02 feed once daily but have been feeding more frequently too get levels up

Yeah that is cyano. I used redcyano RX and it was gone in 2 days. Tried the natural way for a while but no luck. Just make sure that you replenish plenty of healthy bacteria with water changes and stuff, and don’t zero out your phos and nitrate. Probably end up with some other outbreaks. The green hair I suggest a dolabella sea hare. Monsters. Diatoms are *******.

Ok thanks alot but question so I should go back too doing my weekly water changes? Because I have stopped for a while now do too reading that I should halt water changes during this outbreak since nutrients are already at zero and changing water will only keep them there

I use the cyanobacteria medication to get rid of mine and now I have dinos and I wish I had the cyano back.
Yeah I'm kind of hesitant on using the red cyano rx but if I choose not too and just go the natural way should I still do weekly water changes?
