Hello guys,
This morning I saw something of my Duncan’s while they were “closed”. I’m not sure if it’s waste or sweepers?
I was Googling but I keep finding conflicting information, some saying Duncan’s don’t have sweepers, some saying they do. I wanted to place hammer coral above and back on the rock but if these are sweepers that place might not work.
here are pictures:

It's pooping.

The tentacles around the mouth(the actual poyp) are it's sweepers. They do not have traditional clear type sweepers seen in a lot of corals. Similar to a torch coral, it's tentacles are it's sweepers.

Now that is goood news. I thought I’d have to rethink entire tank :)
