Does torch and hammer look normal?

I never actually looked at my torch, frogspawn and hammers at night especially at the head - base - in the day they are fully extended and they are fully covered.

Being 'new' to these types of corals, I'm hoping the pictures attached here confirm that they are okay?

I'm curious; what are your calcium and alkalinity numbers?
