Dwarf fuzzy lion fish with strange “white lump” on gills ..please help me find out what it is ..

Hey I recently noticed that my dwarf fuzzy lionfish has a strange white lump on his cheek .. he is still eating and seems fine but I am still concerned that it might be a parasite of some sort ..
