Hey everyone I figured since after 4 years I am converting to a sump from the canister filter like, I figured "hey why not start a thread on my tank!". So since I'm at work in an office contracted by the government pics will have to come later!

To start of, I bought a 55G tanks 4 years ago with coral inserts, a canister filter, heater etc and a custom oak/mahogany stand. Fast forward through 3 ick outbreaks (lessons learned relating to me building my first QT system), $600 worth of fish lost, $900 of Coral lost from transferring from my old biocube (including my favia collection that most of you where jealous about), and many family fights, I am finally where I want to be!

Livestock first first folks!
- Yellow Tang
- Coral Beauty
- Platinum Percula (male)
- Black Percula (female)
- Diamond watchman goby
- Picasso Triggerfish (don't worry im upgrading tank size again in 2-3 years)
- 1 very very lazy Tiger Sea cucumber
- 1 tuxedo urchin
- 1 hermit crab (I need a better CUC)

For coral/ nems: the way I have this setup is the main bridge of rocks in the center is the BTA paradise and the euphyllia make up the areas around it!

- 3 Green BTA
- 1 Rose BTA
- 1 Rainbow BTA
- Toxic bicolor Hammer
- Green with Electric blue tip Hammer
- Purple frogspawn
- Among the Reef's Indo Gold Torch (this thing looks like fire)

I made a custom Canopy and added 2 Mars Aqua LED lights both on timers to the system. Only thing left to do now is to get new filters for my RODI water as Im seeing a spike in algae

More to come Folks!

So good news! My GBTA on the lower right split last night and is now two healthy specimen! I can also see news heads forming on the Duncan frag I got two weeks ago and the sole head it has now is splitting! This is literally the FASTES lps growth I have ever seen. EVERY LPS is taking off!

Water change Day! my trumpets always are happy with a water change. I will take a before and after! Also my montis are finally starting to brown out yet another sign that I can't keep SPS. My water is too dirty for them
