DOA Policy and Guarantee: Standard DOA Applies.
I guarantee my corals for 72 hours after reception. To qualify for the guarantee, the package must be accepted on the first delivery attempt, and you must send clear pictures of the corals within 4 hours of delivery.
In the case a coral perishes within 72 hours, the customer must send a clear picture of the perished coral for credit on the next order or equivalent replacement.
We are not responsible for any mishaps or delays due to shipping services. We do not offer refunds and cannot credit/refund shipping fees.
In the case where an immediate replacement is requested, the buyer must cover shipping.
