Looks like its internal filaments. Have you made any changes to your tank recently? Doesnt look like it got an infection

Is that a mis-type? Alk is 4.5. If not it very well may be your problem. It should be 7.8-8.4. You will need to bring it up slowly. No more than 1.0 in 24 hr. A water change of 1/4 to 1/3 is a start.

What test kit are you using?

The water perimeters must have slowly been decreasing. Most lps and soft corals will acclimate. But alk that low is well in the acidic range. If your alk was that low you also have magnesium and calcium balance issues. It will be hard to keep alk levels steady until it is in sync with magnesium and calcium levels. So other than water changes which add magnesium and calcium. You should also be increasing with alk supplements. If using 2 part. Discontinue the calcium part until alk is in sync with current calcium level.

Bi-weekly water changes will keep perimeters stable.
