Around 35-40C or 100F. You can run a Photon in an average 68F room at up to 70% before fans are needed.

Thanks! My light has been peaking out at 95 degrees so fans aren't running yet.
Yup that's well within spec for those LEDs- Crees can be be run much hotter before losing efficiency. According to their datasheet 40C is the normal running temp.
