I'm only about a year into reefing and learned the hard way that there are a lot of reefing vendors throughout the internet that don't sell what they advertise. This is an expensive hobby and getting burned out a couple hundred dollars is more than enough to make anyone quit. It's always a bit of a gamble buying online from a new vendor because you never know if you're going to get what you paid for.
Having shopped around a bit I made my first purchase of corals from Tidal Gardens earlier this year. Their presences throughout the internet definitely made me feel comfortable about buying from them and their Youtube channel is top notch at providing information about various corals as well as giving you insight how their facility is ran. The corals I got were awesome. All of them survived and were good size frags. I've been a repeat customer since then and I will continue to purchase from them. I typically don't dip my corals and have yet to run into any hitchhiker pests issues from them.
Tidal Gardens is a vendor that I have absolute faith in when it comes to buying corals.
