How often should I feed my plate corral , he seems to get stressed when I fed him 3 days apart

I know this answer isn't what you want to hear, but it really depends on the individual specimen. If it's getting stressed at 3 days, try every 4, then 5, and so on. Also remember it is probably pulling nutrients when you are feeding your fish.

personally i never really directly fed plate corals, im more of a broadcast feeder.....also when you say stressed, what was happening to the plate?

I feed mine small mouth size chunks of scallops, that I get in the seafood department of the supermarket, twice a week. Scallops are nice and soft and haven't found one LPS, or anything for that matter, that won't greedily devour a piece. You need to make sure that the plate has time to eat it and keep shrimp and crabs away. I found mine is much happier once I put the peppermint shrimp in the sump who was stealing food from it even after the food was eaten and gone.
