So I just started my seahorse tank. I promised the lady seahorses 2 years ago and finally decided to follow thru with it. Lol:xd: The tank is an Eco mini 14R. I have t5 's lighting it up and continuing to look for plants and decor for the little tikes. I can't seem to figure how to load photos though. I'll post em when I find a way to add them

So far one died during transport. We have one left and it looks like its shedding. We'll see if it makes it through the night. Pump is turned down as far as I can go. Cross our fingers.

Sorry to hear that, With sea horses you really have to be carefull and gentil. Seahorses cant be out of water at all, I dont use nets when transfering them. Or if your store handler goes in with a net tell him no. They should use a bag under water and gently nodge them into it. When your bringing them Home keep the bag steady and warm. Make sure your tanks water is ready , and acclimate them accordingly. Your tank flow should be really low and ligting should be by PC, Floresent or blue led.
