TLDR: I want to add a sexy shrimp or two.

Alright everyone my Small but Mighty tank is up and running, has been showing stable parameters and good growth so I would love to add my first invert. A sexy shrimp. Currently we have no inverts or fish so it will be the first addition to our tank. Currently we have softies and lps corals and want to make sure he will do good in there. Opinions? Thoughts? Tips on care? I’ve only read a couple articles and seen a couple YT videos. TIA everyone, happy reefing!

If you aren't planning on adding an anemone, make sure to spot feed them so they don't go munching on one of your favorite corals.

My sexy shrimp danced on shrooms.

...and my toadstool leather but mostly they were into mushrooms. Never had any issues with them picking coral, had one of them for about a year or two in my 125g before the cardinal ate it.

That makes me glad to hear for sure. I’ve got one whole mushroom and no toadstool but I’ve really been investing in euphyllia that I prefer they don’t dance on lol

If they did I don't think it'd hurt anything.

They don't seem too picky on the coral they choose. I've seen them on duncans, mine were on yellow polyps, leathers, and shrooms, they're naturally associated with anemones, its kinda the clownfish rule of if it fits it sits.
