Flatworms

What kind of flatworm on my frogspawn? Lights were off for a few hours and saw these guys. They are causing big damage to it so wondering if after they kill it will they starve or what course of action I should take, got the frogspawn for $5 so I’m not super worried about it dying if that’s all it will take for these flatworms to starve to death
