Flukes you often wont see. Fis appears to have a mix of mucus cones and ich. Didnt see other fiish who too may have to be treated with coppersafe or Copper Power at therapeutic level 2.25-2.5 For a FULL 30 days (do not interrupt this 30 day period) monitored by a reliable Copper Test kit such as Hanna Brand- No API brand. Also monitor Ammonia levels while in quarantine with a reliable test kit and add aeration during treatment using an air stone.
The display tank will have to be kept fishless (FALLOW) for 6-8 weeks to assure the existing parasites go through their life cycle without a host fish and die off

Running UV could help prevent this for the future. But will not help your current situation. vetteguy53081 is most definitely an excellent source of information.

That's a tough call. The fish has some HLLE. but it also has scrapes and spots. The scrapes are not flukes directly, but can be a result of the fish flashing/scratching. I can also see some spots that could be ich, or could just be mucus plugs.

What is the history of the fish? How long have you had it, when did this issue start, etc.

At this point, you'll want to dose with prazi again in another 3 to 4 days, but watch all of the fish closely for ich.

No symptoms on the copperband though?
