Hi all,

I have had a Copperband for a few months who only eats mysis shrimp. I’ve tried other stuff like live oysters but he doesnt pay much attention to it. I’m a bit worried about nutritional deficiencies.

I was wondering if it would help to soak the mysis in vitamins and/or amino acids. Or am i being an over-concerned fish parents?

Thanks!

I have been soaking new-life spectrum micro-pellets in thawed brine shrimp cubes. I have also added some chopped shrimp/prawn head meat. Fish that were just eating brine shrimp are now being enticed to vary their diet, and getting more nutrients I think.
