Hi can someone give me a make and model of skimmer for a 69g tank that has the hole in the skimmer lid so that I can recirculate the scrubbed air thus not going through as much scrubber media? The original SWC was running on a 40breeder, so this tank has more volume.

Right now I have an old SWC skimmer that does have the hole. just as the air intake on the thing. Another option i was thinking about is getting one of the reef octopus lids that have the hole and see if the lid is the same diameter as my SWC lid.

i would say most of the newer versions of the reef octo skimmers will allow for this. i only have experience with this brand, though, as i own a classic 110-sss that i slightly DIY'd into a recirculating co2 scrubber.
