Green Apple showing a lot of white surface - looking for cause.

neon green apple branching coral question: My coral has a lot of white now showing around base and up some of the branches. It has been fine for the last few weeks. I noticed a Galaxea i bought on the samer purchase was a little to close to some coral so I moved it a bit to get it further away. I think it's sweepers may have stung the green apple. Any thoughts on if that would be it only after a couple of days? is there anything to do, other than seperate and hope for the best? or could there be a neglected parameter i need to check?

Not sure what that coral is? Any pictures? In white lighting?
Blue lighting. Par isn’t too high. So not bleaching. If you look around base where you do not see polyps, that is where it’s white.

Looks like a ponape birdsnest.. them things are very finicky! Cut it above the missing flesh and glue it back down.
