Heavy ich??

Does my clown have a heavy case of ich? Im fighting it right now in the dt. Or is it something else. The clown looks diff than other fish do/did

That looks more like marine velvet. Ich is little white spots. Velvet looks like powdered sugar and will sometimes come with a fungus side effect.

The picture isn't super clear but it looks like Brooklynella.
