Look what I finally caught in my BC29 this morning. Apparently they are always roaming the tank when all the lights are off. As soon as I turn the lights on, they dart into the rocks or under my frag plugs. I would say I've seen about 5 of these bugs in the last few days.

Can any of you fellow reefers help me out in id'ing this bug? And how bad are they in the reef tank? How can I exterminate them?

Thanks everybody for the recommendation. I assumed that these are one of the deadly bugs people speak of.

I am still not sure how they got into my reef tank, but if you say that they are "fine" then I will let the one POW I caught last night out.
