Can anyone help ID this? Tank's been running 4 months and this appeared in the last couple of weeks. Parameters are all decent except phos (0.7, working on lowering). Dinos? If so, would appreciate any suggestions for treatment (beyond getting phos and nitrates low). Thanks!

possibly cyano. i don't see the bubbles that could indicate dino's.

cyano and dino's can be present at the same time, but usually its cyano = excess nutrients, dino's = lack of nutrients. cyano will settle in areas of low flow (to my experience). perhaps increasing flow, adding some bottled bacteria, or target feeding more than broadcast feeding can help.
