Long story short, bought a garage system growout because he was "moving", truth be told he had AEFW. Time I found out I lost boxes of acro colonies fighting them.

Now 2 years later, the SPS and I are both on the rebound but sad I couldn't figure out this out sooner. Now I'm pretty savvy on AEFWs.

Through all of the fragging, retiling and loss. I'm left with a list of names of acros and unsure how to match some of the remaining ones off them up to their "names".

Any help would be appreciated and I know about the"name game" but any guesses would help me add some still color up and turn back into colonies.

Lovely collection! And impressive battle against AEFW. They are the bane of my reefing world after losing to them in 2014/2015.
Thanks! What ended up working for me was KZ bottles, weekly potassium dips, mandarins, springis, and peppermint shrimp.

They were at a friend's house as he was "better" at acros than I and we did everything thinking it was Ph issues, lose voltage, you name it, finally he gave up when so many were dead, we bagged them up and transported them to my house. Then the bags were covered.

Not much left, they're were 3 lowboys of acros slammed at one time and now this.

I have some cool pieces still though like the RRU angry birds

You get the point... literal boxes of acro colonies as you can see then in the background.

maybe we could've figured it out sooner but my friend is older and he lives a few hours away, so I could visit to often.

I tossed volleyball sized colonies from my 120G - I feel the pain!
